TURKEY

Mike got a week off for Thanksgiving and we headed to Colorado to visit family. First we arrived in Castle Rock to hang out with my sister and her family. They had just moved in to a new house and it was the first time we got to see it. It is so cute and my sister Lisa has it decorated so nicely, she loves to take pictures and she has those everywhere. The kids were great and were getting so big. Then Wednesday before Thanksgiving we headed to Littleton to visit Mike's parents we had lots of fun and Thanksgiving his family came and we all just hung out and ate turkey. I am so bummed that I didn't take any pictures but it was great.

Patience

OK so I always knew you were supposed to be poor when you first got married and you were supposed to struggle through school. I've always heard that this time is supposed to be when some of the best memories are made. I believe that and I am mostly willing to do that. But I am not patient. I am not patient at all, why is it that everyone around me doesn't seem poor, that everyone can afford car payments and townhouses and pets. I want to know their secret. Yeah yeah I know I am not supposed to covet and I am trying not too, I just wish I was a patient person to begin with so that I wouldn't have to learn the "patient" lesson.

Wrestle Mania

Last night Mike went to a wrestling tournanment at school. It was just basically an open thing to all BYU-I students so I could have wrestled if I wanted to, and I would have dominated!! Mike did so good and it was fun to watch. He's the one in the black. Wrestling is definetly not my favorite sport I always get scared someones leg is going to get broken.

Finally

So here it is the long awaited pregnant picture. I guess it's not the best picture but if anyone knows me they know I don't like taking pictures of just me. This is me at 22 weeks and I still don't think I look pregnant, I think I just look like a blob, I am hoping one day it will be to the point where i can't turn because it's so big that I will bump into things and break things:) I am going to try to take a picture every month so we will see if I get to that size.

It's a BOY

So a couple weeks ago Mike and I had an ultrasound and we got to see the new little baby. We decided we wanted to find out the gender and IT'S A BOY!!!! Mike was so excited and was telling everyone in the office. I am super excited too but I don't have any boys clothes just boxes and boxes of girls stuff so I guess it's going to be a boy that dresses like a girl. Just kidding. It is so weird to think that the baby is so tiny when I see the picture I always just imagine a full grown baby. I am so anxious for March to come and to have our little Ethan Michael but I am enjoying being pregnant while I wait.
